1h session this is to try out or if you want maximum flexibility. That could be ideal for someone with experience that want just to perfection technique in one or two exercise or suggestion on how go forward.

10 x 1 h session. It gives us the possibility to have a structured job, working on your technique and starting with a few progression £/h 30

The I Want It All Pack
90days 2x week 1h session. That is the best starter pack. It will give us the possibility to work in an efficient way on your technique, fixing any problem on the way with results showing faster. It is proven that working under the supervision of a professional will help you keep on track and achieve your goal in a more permanent way.
