WHY PTina


PTina is born out of passion. Nowadays life is busier than ever and we spend more and more hours of our days sitting down or standing still. We have lost the connection with our body and the way it should, and could, function.


Starting to take care of it in a broader way is the best act of love you can do for and to yourself.


I used to be a busy chef, without any spare time. This is why I can help you integrate exercise and movement in your day to day life. Because I have been there, I was you.


It will require some commitment from you, but you will fell and see the benefit right away. You will be on a path to best yourself. You will start to feel different and act different. You will enjoy been active, and you will discover some aspect of you that never though existed before, that are there, just waiting to be found.


Einstein said “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”.


I do not look or sound like the stereotypical PT, I do believe in life and balance. The more we move the happier and more productive we are. Productivity does not refer exclusively to a physical activity, but our mind will feel more organised and energetic. We do think better after moving.

I wasn't active until I turned 28. But when I understood I couldn't go ahead like that, I committed to myself for a better future.  And this has been the getaway to so many new passion. To keep learning. To keep growing. To keep flourishing. And thrive. At any age and at any step.

I am now ready to help others make the same change in their life.
